How to make Mocha tart
Provide two pieces per person. This recipe is based on 60 pieces.

Mix the GOLD CUP® INSTANT MIX with the mocha flavouring to make the mocha cream

Cut little discs of vanilla sponge

Pipe some mocha cream on to the vanilla sponge discs and put another disc on top
4
Allow to harden in the freezer

Mask them with the mocha cream and roll them in chocolate sprinkles
6
Decorate the top of the cake
