How to make Mini hazelnut dome
Provide two pieces per person. This recipe is based on 60 pieces.

Mix GOLD CUP INSTANT MIX for 10 minutes in the mixer

Add the hazelnut paste and mix until you have a homogeneous cream

Pipe the cream into a dome shaped silicon mould (half full)

Place a disc of chocolate sponge and hazelnut crunch on the cream

Fill the rest of the mould

Let it harden in the freezer

Once hard take it out of the mould and spray it with brown cocoa butter spray
8
Place it on a baked short crust disc
