Remove the frozen bars from the freezer.

Cut the frozen bars according to the desired technique: For 18 little squares: +/- 3 cm For 10 rectangles: +/ 4 cm For 10 triangles: +/- 8 cm.

Put the cut bars back into the freezer.

Thaw the bars.

Decorate as desired, for example with raspberries, raspberry coulis, chocolate curls or leaves, mint,…
