The Speed Dating at Work event is one of the many memorable initiatives. Colleagues are invited to subscribe and share a few words describing themselves. Next up, everyone is matched randomly, boosting new connections in our Food Experience Center. All matches get together for a coffee date, and get to know co-workers better!
WE ❤️ healthy breaks
If you need to get a moment away from your desk and enjoy some fresh air: we have many sporty activities you can engage in, such as padel, badminton & running. From offering games of KUBB or petanque, to organising STEPtember: at our HQ - the Food Experience Center - in Ghent colleagues have many options to awaken their inner exercise guru.
The enthusiasm in Ghent even resulted in our first 'Tour of Vandemoortele', that was organised by our very own associates. 10 cyclist colleagues successfully conquered 140 km, including 8 kilometres of cobblestones, and a whopping 14 (!) hills, featuring iconic challenges like Koppenberg, Paterberg, Oude Kwaremont, Kanarieberg & Kruisberg. They arrived with a big colleagial applause at our Food Experience Center.

It goes without saying that tasty food plays a vital part in our internal events. Whether it's a Valentine breakfast, or our annual Longest Picnic Table event: all of our delicious bakery products are on display. From American-style donuts and Italian focaccias to maple pecans and croissants: our international HQ brings together a world of flavours - ready to be enjoyed. A lovely way to Add Flavour to a workday, connect with colleagues and take care of the well-being of our associates.
