The première took place in North America at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show. Our brand new pinched croissant has been developed in response to market demand and customer requests.

The Pinched Croissant Bake’Up® by Banquet d’Or® is designed as a customisable and versatile carrier, providing a canvas for your favourite savoury or sweet sandwich fillings.
