Mix all ingredients – ST-ALLERY® LIQUID, almond powder, sugar, flour, corn starch, eggs - in a saucepan to a rich smooth frangipane cream.

Fill the unsold croissants and chocolate rolls with frangipane cream.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Pastries are ready to sell again.
