How to make Gardian Angel

Cut the sheets in 3x5 pc. Cut each rectangle in the corners and fold like an Angel.Fill with custard cream and decorate with crumbles.

Let the pastry sheet proof for 30min and bake at 20-25min at 180°C

Decorate the edge of the wings with melted chocolate and top the pastry with Icing sugar.
