How to make Maple pecan apple cake

For the cake: mix all of the liquid ingredients together.

Sieve the flour with the baking powder and mix everything together for approx. 5 minutes.

Add the apple pieces and pecan nuts last.

Fill the cake tins with the cake mixture and sprinkle with the crumble.

Bake at 180°C for approx. 60 minutes.

Prepare the crumble by mixing all crumble ingredients together.
