The decision to create the Food Experience Center was made to underline our position as a leading food group, being able to allow customers, consumers, suppliers and Vandemoortele employees to work with our products and to experience the great taste we are striving for in all our food categories.

Evolutions like globalisation, digitalisation and increased mobility have made where we work less relevant. Millennials grow up with that understanding – they're digital natives. But in today's multi-generational workforce, we all have to adapt as future employees.

Our future workspace in the Food Experience Center will be an activity-based environment, with facilities for specific activities. In the Food Experience Center, we will all have the ability to take our own place in a shared workspace.
A space that we will also share with our customers: as a meeting place and an inspiring environment where we offer them a unique Vandemoortele experience, strengthening our positioning as a leader in taste.
