How to make Red velvet cupcake

Mix all of the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.

 Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Add of the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix again until you have a smooth batter.

Fill muffin shapes with 60 g batter and bake in a deck oven for approx.

22 min at 180ºC.

Cool and remove from the moulds. Whip the Goldcup Instant Mix until you have a smooth aerated cream.

Add the cream cheese and mix until you have a smooth cream.

Fill a piping bag and decorate the cup cakes.
