How to make Nut bread

Knead all ingredients, except the nuts, to make a smooth dough. Add the nuts and mix until the nuts are completely incorporated into the dough.

Let the dough proof twice for 10 min each time. Weigh off and round the dough. Let the dough loosen for 5 minutes and make it long.

Put the pieces in the forms and give a final proofing of ± 60 minutes.

Bake off for ± 40 minutes at ± 220 °C with little steam.
