I started in 2000 as a sales representative with Meylip in Herford (Germany) and in 2007 was offered the chance of helping to build a new team in the deep-freeze industry sector. That meant building a new customer base right from scratch with a completely different distribution model.

I appreciate being offered this opportunity and have never had any regrets about accepting this challenge with all its uncertainties, especially as it offered so many possibilities.
