Two years ago, Sonja Bruning joined Vandemoortele at its Meylip plant in Herford, Germany. Sonja: "Two years ago I was put in charge of developing a new marketing concept for the food service in Germany. Quite a challenge, I assure you. The thing is that a project like this enables you to use your own initiative, drawing on all your creativity. But working at Vandemoortele also means dynamics and teamwork. The teamwork aspect is not restricted to Germany for that matter. There is a very strong element of cross-border collaboration, which makes it possible to learn from each other as part of an international team and devise new marketing concepts."
